Summit Summer Registration

Registration deadline: May 1, 2008. A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required for each camp ($200 for Music, Mind and Reading). This deposit will be credited toward your balance and cannot be refunded or transferred once received. To participate in any camp the balance of tuition is due by June 1, 2008. Late registration continues after May 1 for all available camps and requires full payment including a $100 nonrefundable deposit per camp.

Confirmations
Enrollment confirmations will be sent once an application has been processed. In addition, all campers receive detailed information letters by e-mail from camp leaders by June 10. Applicants will be notified as soon as possible if camps are full or if there are any changes. All offerings are contingent upon enrollment. Should a class be canceled, we will extend a full refund or credit towards a new class.

Cancellations
As of June 1, parents are responsible for total fees for all enrolled camps. Refunds requested at least two weeks prior to a camp’s start date will be given, less the $100 deposit. No refunds are available within two weeks of the camp’s start date. Cancellations must be in writing by email, fax, or letter. Payments for canceled camps (including deposits) may be transferred to another camp per child, providing the canceled camp spot can be filled and there is space in another suitable camp. Deposits and fees are not transferable to siblings, other children or other Summit accounts. Refunds are not given for absences. Please understand that deposits are never refunded, except when Summit cancels a class.

Waiting Lists
All camps have enrollment limits. Once a camp is full it will be designated “FULL” on the website. Contact Jeff Turner to be placed on a waiting list. Summit rarely adds a camp to this published program, but any additions will be noted on our website.

Snack and Lunch
Summit provides a daily snack, unless otherwise designated. Students staying past 12:15 should bring a bag lunch and drink, unless otherwise designated by camp letter. In response to the growing number of life-threatening peanut and tree nut allergies, please avoid peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pistachio and other tree nuts when packing lunches.

Extended Day
The Before Camp Program is available from 8:00-9:00 a.m. for $25 flat fee per child per week. The After Camp Program is available from 2:00-5:30 p.m. for $100 flat fee per child per week. (Music, Mind & Reading students may attend the Afternoon Program starting at 1:30 p.m.) There is no Before or After Camp Program for Summit Eaglets.

For tax purposes, Summit’s tax ID number is 56- 0547519.
