1. Take advantage of our online registration. Just fill out the form below and click “send form” at the bottom of the page. Your registration will be complete once we receive your payment.

2. Download, print, and mail your registration and payment. Download the registration page by clicking here. The document will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3. Use the registration form in the Summit at Night booklet. You may request that a booklet be mailed to you by calling (336) 722-2777.

Here's a solution to gift-giving dilemmas! Give a family member, friend, teacher, or business associate a gift certificate to use toward a Summit at Night course. Summit will send you attractive certificates which you can present as gifts. Please let us know the amount and the course. Just list the certificate amounts below. Certificates may be requested before December 19 or after January 3. Be sure to fill in your name, address, and phone number at the top of this form.
