LUNCH: As part of our program for younger children, students in grades SrK, 1, and 2 eat school lunches prepared in the Dining Room for Young Children. Students in grades 3-9 may bring lunch from home, sign up by the half-year for school-prepared meals or purchase items a la carte. All students are provided a mid-morning snack and a choice of beverage at lunch.* BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN: For a limited number of children, and for an extra charge, the school provides supervised activities for students in grades junior kindergarten through grade 6. Early morning care is from 7:10 am- 8:10 am at a cost of $300 per semester. Afternoon care is until 5:45 pm at an approximate cost of $6.00 per hour. Priority is given to children of working parents. *TRANSPORTATION: The school provides bus service between home and school for an extra fee to areas where there is sufficient demand ($850 one way; $1510 round trip, for the year.) 5:00 pm sports bus $200 per sports season.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR TUITION: Enrollment contracts obligate the parents and the school for a full academic year. Payment of one-half of the year's cost is due prior to August 1 and one-half prior to January 1. Payments may also be made in monthly installments for which there is a monthly charge of 1.5% on the unpaid balance (annual percentage rate of 18%). The first monthly payments are made in August through November, second semester monthly payments are made in January through April. Tuition insurance (Tuition Refund Plan) is available to cover situations where a child cannot complete the school year (illness, family moves, etc.).
